Forethought :

A horoscope or a “Janm Kundli” is the blue-print of a karmic pattern we have carried forward from our previous life-time as a back-ground upon which we need to perform and travel onwards in our spiritual mission - which alone is the essence behind the script of our individual life story.

The purpose of life therefore is to have a purposeful life in which, behind each line of the script, we have our best intentions carved deep as per our inner awareness of the soul or “Chetna”.

Astrology or as per the Vedic culture - the subject of “Jyotish” is the inheritance of our Soul’s past and the energy fields which we have created for ourselves in the past life/lives, which we bring forward in our present life.

Our horoscope is intended for us as a legacy to further act upon and pass the trials corresponding to obstacles in a horoscope, while we also have positive and benefic results which we are here to reap the benefit of. The purpose is to re-invest those rewards of good times; and not just enjoy but to further do good acts and travel higher into the spiritual life sagely avoiding over-indulgence at any stage.

The above matter is the core subject and purpose of Jyotish; and is opposed to what mostly people refer to it today as a subject meant solely for material or real-life likely events, the type and timing of those events – in other words, predictions.

The author of this website has practised “Jyotish” & Occult Sciences for three decades now, and has been a professional practitioner since the year 1992.

In this website I do not intend to recreate another library on Jyotish/Astrology reproducing the articles related to various subjects of it - like detailing once again the Houses, Raashi’s or Zodiac sign characteristics or purpose, or describe Constellations / Nakshatras, etc.

Rather it will be more meaningful and applicable as I thought it best, to carry out analysis on different subjects be it related to effects of planets on individual horoscopes or mundane astrology.

I believe that for analysis of general individual horoscopes it will be more apt to study the impact of planets generically based on the Transits/Gochar in different Raashis rather than describing one’s personal chart.

This also makes it best advised for me to take up Consultations for personal horoscope analysis on a case to case basis on individual horoscopes. Through this website I can share the transit impact of planets on a regular basis with my insights on the strategic conjunction/position or aspects as the case may be, along with various other factors of Jyotish.
